Large cottage close to clearwater pool (distance 100 m - you can see the pool from the cottage). Pool has connection to Lake Kallavesi. Cottage suitable for two families at a time, or e.g. conference groups. Cottage has mechanical ventilation. Cottage is located in old farm's traditional agrarian yard area. Level yard round cottage and gentle slope to shore through avenue of rowan and maple trees among fields. On owner's land opportunities for berry and mushroom picking, also hunting (licences required). Around the pool on owner's land is a 3-km logging road which can used in summer for hiking and in winter for skiing. From cottage is ski trail connection with municipal trail network. In vicinity many opportunities for hobbies: golf, horse riding, downhill skiing, spas, boating and sights like City of Kuopio's museums, market and Puijo revolving tower restaurant.
